This is a new thing i have been advised to do to stop myself from doing myself further damage from being angry from otehres that have pissed me off and so forth...
i am told if i write what i am feeling down then its a way for me to release my anger without taking it out on myself and all of u if u think that im doing this for attention...GO AND F#$^ OFF cause this helps me...

(also just to say that wot i right down is only wot i am thinking and it will not happen)
and also another reminder this is something that i will do weekly or watever...

Only a week and a day to christmas and i am sitting in my room. Looking at the things that have been said about me and being said to me. I can see myself myself getting so angry and going red that i will hav a fatal heart attack that will make my heart explode and cause it to rip open my body and spray my flesh and blood over the room for the rats to eat away at.

A gripping tension of my fist and i hit the wall once, twice, three times with brute force to make the wall crack under my fist.

Looking into the mirrior and seeing a big ass sword on my back and i leep out the window slashing away at the red eyed shadows.

Feeling my anger rise at people saying things about me, my body tenses and grows to 3 times the size with sheer force and a hav this figure standing infront of me and i grip it by the head with one hand and i squezze the head in my hand and as the head explodes i feel the blood rushing down my hand..then i drop the figure and then 10 more appear b4 me and i give an all mighty shout which creates a major blast beam ripping thru them all and destroying everthing in the path of the blast...

i sit here by myself and bring myself to calm down and to take deep breathes and then try to slowly go off into a peaceful sleep....
